The Philippines Embassy says "Over the counter drugs are available in pharmacies or drug stores in the country. However, if visitors insist on bringing their own prescriptive drugs, they may do so but only in quantities sufficient for the duration of their stay in the country.

Visitors taking prescription drugs (tablets and ampoules) should bring a letter from their physician stating the condition for which they are receiving treatment and the dosage. The amount of drugs brought into the country should also be sufficient for the duration of the visit. For those who are travelling onward to another country, they are advised that separate quantity of drugs should be sealed and declared again before exiting the country.

They also say regulated products are limited to "Over-the-counter drugs: 50 grams, Perfumes: 5 pieces, Prescription drugs, quantity or volume indicated in physician’s prescription (actual prescription must be presented, indicating physician’s license or practice number), Vitamins: supplements: health supplements intended as maintenance medicine: 500 grams total".
Electrical outlets in The Philippines are similar to those in the U.S., although some may not be "polarized" (meaning that both slots are the same size instead of one being larger). If your plug is polarized, you'll need an adapter. A 3-pack is $13 from Amazon.

The bigger issue is that the power is 220-volt rather than 120-volt. Apple products and most other electronics work fine at 220-volt and the plugs are not polarized, but carefully check the information on your charger. If the charger doesn't say "INPUT: 110-240V", you will need a power adaptor.

In compliance with IATF’s Guidelines for Nationwide Alert Level System and the Department of Health (DOH), all persons shall wear well-fitted face masks, if necessary, especially in public areas and enclosed spaces. To ensure a healthy, safe, and clean environment for all our travelers, all passengers must bring their own face masks to use at the airport and throughout the flight. We allow surgical masks, ear loop masks, and cloth masks. Only Alert Levels 4 and 5 require the use of a face shield. We highly recommend continuing to bring a mask with you throughout your travel as it may be required for some destinations based on their laws and requirements. For Philippine Airlines codeshare flights, please check with our partner carriers about their respective mask policies. A check-in and/or boarding gate agent, a member of the airport security personnel or a crew member may authorize the removal of the face mask to verify the person’s / passenger’s identity. Face masks may also be loosened or removed for eating, drinking, or when medications are scheduled to be taken, and in times when donning of oxygen masks are required in certain situations during a flight.
